Rearing Horse

The late 1930’s raring horse with the blue base is marked Moriyama a significant Japanese pottery company of the period. The horse next to it with the column is marked Made In Japan, and though it looks like its Kent Art Ware cousin, its details are far less crisp. The same holds true for the third horse with an unknown Japanese mark, a K centered in a dotted circle within a larger circle surrounded by the words Hand Painted Made In Japan.
